port number issue

Hi, I am using port number 81 instead of 80, i was assigned to install gluu server and configure oauth 2.0,SAML 2.0 and LDAP but the VM instance i got port no 80 is used by some unknown processor, to kill that proceess there is no process id for that, So i configured port 81 in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file instead of 80. and then i restarted the httpd.service and then again i hitted brower with generated gluu url, but still web page is not coming. pls help me out.

Changing the ports is not supported on community forums. To avoid port conflicts, rather then change the ports, use a virtual ethernet interface and a unique IP address.
