Hi, unable to see the login screen after the install. Tried stopping and starting all the services and found the Jetty based Identity service is unable to start. Need help in troubleshooting this install. Hey Sid, These are few points to check. - Make sure the domain name is valid(localhost is not a valid domain name) - Make sure the ip address of the server/MV is static(dynamic ip is not supported yet) - Make sure your server/VM respect the requirements(check the installation doc)

@thomas all the above requirements are met. this installation has a letsencrypt certificate for https traffic.

Hi, GCP is Google Cloup Platform right? If so, may sure the firewall allow port 80 and 443.
