I installed Gluu server version 3.1.5 community edition. The installation went fine but when I am trying the access the hotname of machine then it is reditecting to https://<hostname>/identity and gives 503 error service unavailable exception. In httpd error logs, I see following logs coming repetedly: ``` Wed Mar 13 11:10:46.342530 2019] [proxy_http:error] [pid 3767] [client 192.168.254.128:52556] AH01114: HTTP: failed to make connection to backend: localhost [Wed Mar 13 11:16:57.366501 2019] [proxy:error] [pid 3763] (111)Connection refused: AH00957: HTTP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:8082 (localhost) failed [Wed Mar 13 11:16:57.366609 2019] [proxy:error] [pid 3763] AH00959: ap_proxy_connect_backend disabling worker for (localhost) for 5s ```

Hi, Anurag. I would suggest to scrap it all and try to install another one from scratch, on a fresh new vm. May be it glitched somehow, or you made a mistake somewhere. Just make sure your environment meets the minimal requirements specified [here](https://gluu.org/docs/ce/3.1.5/installation-guide/#system-requirements) and that you complete the installation process (including the `setup.py` script step). Sahil will guide you if this still won't help.
