Missing casa admin console.

After installing gluu 4.2 using the setup script, I have activated casa following the instructions over https://gluu.org/docs/casa/4.2/administration/admin-console/#enabled-methods Going to domain/casa works and I can login. However the only option available in the left pane is to reset my password, there is no admin console. I have restarted the whole gluu service and haven't seen any error in the logs.
