I think there is something wrong in the installation process. Can you please tell me all the process you have done from beginning up to installation. Hi, I created VM in virual box with 2 vCPU and 8 GB RAM with host-only network and bridge network to access the machine from host machine and to access internet from the VM. The OS is Ubuntu 20.4. Then after first login, i switched to root and followed the installation process given in gluu.org for ubuntu. After installation, i got a message as installation successful. But when i access https://gluubox , i got error as service not available with http status code 503. While installing gluu server on VM please check it out. https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.2/installation-guide/ Please ensure that: 1. you have setup gluu server on a static ip. 2. use a fully qualified domain name. 3. mapped static ip with domain name in hosts file Thanks
