Connection refused and can't access console

Installed gluu and the installation was successul and i was able to access but later i had to restart the VM and the after VM start up, i logged into chroot and started up all services. Now I tried to access the console. The console page cannot display. I checked through the logs and there was error as "connection refused" in oxtrust.log. The VM configuration are 2 vCPU and 8 gb RAM and all installation requirements were fulfilled. VM running in VirtualBox. We normally recommend against VirtualBox. We've found the networking to be very unreliable. Are you sure the IP address didn't change? This is not enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Please review [How to open a support issue](https://support.gluu.org/docs/user-guide/how-to-ask/) @Mobarak Hosen.Shakil will try to replicate your issue once we have more information.

Hi,Kuppusamy Venkatasubramanian! if possible, then try to use VM player. make sure that you are using a static ip, using a fully qualified domain name. updated your hosts file. Thanks.

Now, i am using Gluu in docker container and there is no issue when i restart VM or start/stop container also though docker is running in Virtual Box.
