Gluu Kuberenetes install , RKE with single EC2 instance

## Expected Behavior Gluu install success and UI should open. ## Actual Behavior UI not opening on Load balancer IP. ## Details We were able to sucessfully install Gluu 4.2 on RKE (custom option) with a single node Google instance. We are trying to replicate the same steps for EC2. But somehow in ingress-pod we are seeing some errors. PFA the document We are trying to install it again and will further provide more info here. But just wanted to share our steps in case Gluu can help us with this info. Regards, Sthita

We did a reinstall of Gluu and found attached issues. Kindly suggest where we may be going wrong.
