Gluu fails to function properly after logging in

Whenever I log in and try to go to any of the configuration screen, the page never changes. It loads the welcome screen, but so far as I know when I clock on -- say -- Configuration and then Organization Configuration -- the page never changes, always remaining on that same screen. I'm using a screen reade.

No, it doesn't. I have tried this on Brave, Firefox and Chrome.
