Hi Mohammed I just checked installation step and it goes ok ``` echo "deb https://repo.gluu.org/ubuntu/ focal main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/gluu-repo.list curl https://repo.gluu.org/ubuntu/gluu-apt.key | apt-key add - apt update apt install gluu-server ``` From above logs it seems you had network issues. Please try again on fresh machine, if it failes please put all output here. (output of all commands from begining).

Hello Davit, One of my colleagues recommended to use VPN to test the connection, and yes it was a connectivity problem For some reason when I contact Gluu server from UAE it blocks the connection while through VPN it works fine Hope there is something you can do with this regards Appreciate your support
