Hi, i've followed the docs: https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.2/installation-guide/install-ubuntu/ . I did the preparation and my ip is also static. After installation i can't access the url - it says: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN; However, when i try IP address it redirects to htttps://<ip>/identity and after few seconds shows the same error. Could you, please, help me with that? The config i've chosen: oxAuth, oxTrust, Apache, oxAuthRP; backend type: opendj
Gluu 4.2.0 Ubuntu 20.04

Hi, Thanks for reaching out at Gluu. In that case please check this link to make sure that you did setup in a proper way. https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.2/installation-guide/setup_py/#avoiding-common-issues Then use below command(inside gluu server chroot): ``` cat /etc/hosts ``` Here, You must see the IP and DNS you provided during installation. This IP and DNS also should be added in `/etc/hosts` (outside of gluu chroot). Regards ~ Shakil

Hi, thanks for your help. I manage to resolve the issue by installing libnss-mdns. Maybe it would help someone :)
