Hello Support / Community, after reinstalling about 4 times (EXACTLY followed the instructions every time) i am gonna ask for help. Basically I have a normal Ubuntu 20.04.2 Server Edition running on a VM via Proxmox with all the System Requirements met. I just normally install my Gluu package and run the setup... and after the setup i connect to this url from my normal PC in the same network as the VM: https://test.gluu.org bec that is my FQDN (also enetered it in the hosts file). Boom nothing happening just: Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. When i try to connect to the IP (https://1.1.1.1 <- example) i was installing on i am getting redirected to this page: https://test.gluu.org/oxauth/restv1/authorize?client_id=1001.9a2e0ecc-e7f1-49d7-9be8-3050eb95209a&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Ftest.gluu.org%2Fidentity%2Fauthcode.htm&response_type=code&scope=openid+profile+email+user_name&nonce=068e3cf8-d076-41b6-83cd-6818c0ed12f0&state=cc8045a2-38d0-48c3-8087-4ca40466c055&acr_values=simple_password_auth Which is very interesting bec it is trying to redirect me to something. I also checked all the logs nothing there just a successful installation. I also tried it on Debian -> the same issue. I disabled the Proxmox firewall and enabled all the ports that are essential for the installation on Ubuntu. I have no clue what it could be but yeah thats it. I hope someone can help me and find out what little mistake i made. Here is the Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/E9pssGA Ty

I would suggest you choose another FQDN... `gluu.org` is our domain... it doesn't make any sense to use that, and perhaps we have another server using that dns entry.

Hi Alexander Hauser, Can you please try one more time? Please use a freesh VM and try to use a different domain nameserver. Regards ~ Shakil

Thanks for the answers really appreciate that. Update: I solved my Problem, but I already have another. # But lets start with my **use case**: I am currently working at a organization called fragmentiX as a summer trainee. My Project is to implement a 2FA for our Web-Apps. Super Gluu would fit very good in our environment. This is what I want to do; I want a 2FA Portal which can authenticate you and it will **redirect** you to our Web-Apps. **Example**: I want to connect to iTop via browser, it will get me to the Super Gluu Page where i need to enter a code from my **phone** and a username and password, when the auth was successfully I will get redirected to iTop. Thats the basic idea. # How far am I with the implementation: I have setup the Gluu server successfully (I can login and config...) . The issue was that I could only connect to the GUI / Login Page when I'm connecting from the **SAME** machine where the Gluu server is installed. So I installed a Ubuntu with desktop to connect with the browser to the login. Is that on **purpose**? Should it be so that you can **only** access the login / GUI with the server where Gluu is installed? If not, how can I solve it? # What is my Goal: I am interested in Gluu. It is very feature rich, has a lot of configuration options, everything sounds very reasonable. But I am completely new to this topic and I really want to understand **how** this is working and **how** I can implement this 2FA. This is my **first** bigger project and I am really behind it. So explaining to me what is going on with super Gluu and what are the first steps to solve my problem mentioned above would be **huuuuge** help to me. Regards - Alex
