Error on cancel of user profile update

1) Login as normal user. 2) From the menu on left : Personal -> Profile 3) There are 3 buttons at the bottom: change password , Update , Cancel 4) Click on Cancel 4) An error page is displayed.

Return to the application using below button.

-- This does not happen for admin user.
