Port 8443 and 8444 are listening on 0.0.0.0

Questions: First, what is listening on these ports, and... Second, is there a way to set those services to only listen on 127.0.0.1? Thanks in advance :)

I just don't like things listening on all addresses when they don't have to be. I use ufw/iptables, and 8443 and 8444 are firewalled off, but still... This is just me being picky about security. I'm not explicitly using dropwizard... Thanks :)
