REQUESTS NOT BEING PROCESSED FOR SMS DELIVERY

Dear Gluu Team, We noticed that we are unable to generate OTP for some BVNs using the ICAD option. We checked the SMS delivery log and could not find these calls as well. Kindly assist to investigate why these requests are not getting processed for SMS. Sample BVN is 22287719033 phone number: 08146764835 Please refer to the attached images. Regards,

Our standard OTP script supports HOTP or TOTP modes, as can be seen here: https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxAuth/blob/master/Server/integrations/otp/OtpExternalAuthenticator.py#L54 What do you mean by "ICAD option"? Or is it a different OTP script?

Perhaps you meant Twillio SMS auth? This script: https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxAuth/blob/master/Server/integrations/twilio_sms/twilio2FA.py Is "ICAD" your mobile carrier then? So you mean that codes in SMS from numbers of a certain mobile carrier are not processed correctly by the script? Can we see what is logged in `oxauth.log` and `oxauth_script.log` when this happens? Make sure you check all the nodes (I believe you have a cluster of Gluu CE servers).
