Fix the ticketing system markdown engine to not consume paragraphs

The ticketing system markdown engine currently does not allow _answers_ to consist of more than one paragraph, aside from quotations. This results in difficult to read and potentially misleading rendered text.

Good point... I was wondering about this as well. I'll send that feedback to the developer.

Drew, Not sure I see the issue here? No markdown formatting is needed for paragraphs. You just skip a space like I'm doing in this response. You can also hit the 'preview' button in the formatting bar to see how the text will be rendered upon submitting. Let me know if I'm missing something. Thanks!
