The [OX Setup](http://ox.gluu.org/doku.php?id=ox:setup) wiki page is replaced with a list of links to some dubious sites. I was trying to get to this page from [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTzdmCDATV0) YouTube video, where the setup page is referenced.
