so now, how can i register user with user registration endpoint. https://accounts.tenders.loc/oxauth/seam/resource/restv1/oxauth/register i don't know which fields i have to pass to the endpoint and there is no guidance in documentation about this.

There are lot of docs available on basics of OpenID Connect configuration: https://gluu.org/docs/integrate/openid-connect/ Also there are end to end configuration available, please check SP/RP integrarion modules available there in our doc.
