Hi Gluu support, I had previously create an account with my company email but wasn't able to receive any activation email from Gluu. In order to proceed, i had created another account with my yahoo email. But always the company level access was removed the next time i login. Kindly help to look into this issue as it is very annoying that i need to be added to the company group over and over again. Thanks.

Sebastian, I followed up with a couple emails Friday but wanted to comment here also. Please try to register again using your corporate email account. We reviewed the logs and it looks like your server rejected the activation link that was sent upon initial registration. Let's try again. Thanks, Will
