Can not set dynamicRegistrationExpirationTime to 0

When I try to set `dynamicRegistrationExpirationTime` to 0 UI shows `Value must be at least 1.` error. But property description said that `Expiration time in seconds for clients created with dynamic registration, 0 means never expire.` [dynamic registration](https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0k0w2ZRcqm_OTlhN0ZxNldNX2M)

This is a [known issue](https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/issues/508). You can always do it in LDAP as a workaround. Watch the github issue for a resolution, hopefully in 3.0.3
