Gluu is no more available : 404

Hi all, I have a problem, since friday, I connot connect anymore to my Gluu server (production environment). /oxauth/authorize?scope=... => return a 404 /.well-know/openid-configuration => return a 404 Everything return a 404... I tried to restore a backup of two weeks ago. I have the same issue. I tried to delete the work directory, the SESSION.ser file... Still the same issue. Any ideas ? The staging environement is still alive... For now... The only way to restore the production would be to redirect the production environment to staging environment... But this would be a temporary way. Is there a way to force reload properly Gluu ? Thx, Guy

Pretty old. You should upgrade. for this outage... check wrapper.log, it should have indication. See how the disk space is doing. Check if ldap is running or not. At last check apache log.

Yes I know... I tried to migrate to 3.1.2 through the migrate procedure... Meanwhile, we do not belong anymore the property.last file, due to the Security Policy of our company. So I was not able to complete it... Obviously, LDAP is running. I checked the logs but I did not managed to find anything which could help us. The server satus is OK. But everything send 404 error. I think now the only way to go through this probem, is to reinstall Gluu server.

Hello Guy, >> Do you know if there is a way to regenerate the missing file ? (property.last) Yes. See in [this](https://gluu.org/docs/ce/3.1.4/upgrade/#upgrade-from-2xx-to-314) doc, when you will run `export2431.py`, it will generate one `setup.properties` file for you based on your current setup.
