Hello, I've tried the procedure described [here](https://www.gluu.org/docs/faq/troubleshooting/#revert-authentication-method) to revert my authentication method. However, gluu server 2.4.2 complains about an already existing previous session with different ACR value. But I have no GUI opens anymore. How can I terminate that sesssion ? ``` 2016-04-01 14:40:36,466 ERROR [xdi.oxauth.authorize.ws.rs.AuthorizeAction] There is already existing session which has another acr then internal, session: e7b1a02a-9025-4718-baf3-b59e42e0ba58 2016-04-01 14:40:36,466 ERROR [xdi.oxauth.authorize.ws.rs.AuthorizeAction] Please perform logout in order to be able login with new ACR value. ```

Hi, Flo. Have you already tried to clear all cookies related to your Gluu's instance's hostname in your browser? Then you can try to log in to create a new session. Regards, Alex.

Additionally, you can try to log out by following url like that: https://<yuor_hostname>/idp/logout.jsp

I closed my browser, then I called https://<yuor_hostname>/idp/logout.jsp to be sure there was nothing remaining anymore and it works. Thanks

Just so you know... closing browser does not clear the cookies.
