I made some changes to the settings to troubleshoot some issue. And I find myself logged out of the Gluu server. When I tried to go to the gluu server, it immediately gave me this error: {"error":"unauthorized_client","error_description":"The client is not authorized to request an access token using this method.","state":"10494b25-430c-4985-ae2e-a9b8f6b64f0f"} I did not even get the usual login page. Is there a log file I should be looking at to find out what the issue is? Or how do I overcome this issue to get the login page again? Thanks

Hi, Steve. The error message most likely is coming from oxAuth, so you need to look under `/opt/gluu/jetty/oxauth/logs/`, specifically check file named `oxauth.log`. Try to flush all cookies related to this host and log in again. If you try to log in to admin web UI, and see this error, then it's extremely strange, as under no normal circumstances such thing should happen. Can it be you accidentally removed the system client entry oxTrust uses, or changed its properties? I would suggest to consider reinstallation if it's a fresh instance, as unless you have any recent backup for this host, you may be in a lot of trouble trying to fix it.

is this a production or development instance?

This is a development instance. Yes, I was getting this error while trying to access the admin web ui. And it is highly possible that I might have deleted the system client entry by mistake. Based on what you said, I'm assuming there's no way to reset the client entry list back to default. I know the easier way is to reinstall Gluu. In trying to resolve this issue, I'm also trying to learn how Gluu works under the hood. Anyhow appreciate your shared thoughts and suggestion. Thanks

> I made some changes to the settings to troubleshoot some issue. I guess this lead to deletion of **oxTrust Admin Ui** client from OIDC clients list. Here are steps you can use to confirm that idea: - Use an LDAP explorer like JxPlorer or ApacheStudio to connect to LDAP. - Select the **clients**entry - Check if you have a client named **oxtrust Admin UI** in that list, if that client is missing then he mean you removed it directly or indirectly without noticing.

I'm pretty certain that I deleted the client by mistake in the OpenID Connect client section. Anyhow I have decided to reinstall the Gluu instance, after spending too much time trying to resolve this issue. Much appreciated.
