bionic amd64 repo is down

When I try to install gluu, Ubuntu can't find the package because the bionic amd64 Packages file is returning an empty response. https://repo.gluu.org/ubuntu/dists/bionic/main/binary-amd64/Packages

Ubuntu 18 is not covered in Gluu Server v 3.1.6.
