Expected: systemctl restart idp to restart the service. Actual: The service always fails and only a server reboot and explicit start of the service fixes it.

The solution is as follows: stop both the identity and idp services: `systemctl stop idp && systemctl stop identity` Start the idp service: `systemctl start idp` and **then** start the identity service: `systemctl start identity` I'm going to link the page that will likely confuse anyone who needs this information so that SEO might pick it up.
