Service gluu-serverd hangs frequently since 4.1.1

Since we deployed a new instance with version 4.1.1, we frequently have to restart the gluu-serverd service because our different Service providers fail to login, stuck on "waiting for id.saguenay.ca". This seems to happen at random times, and once gluu-serverd is restarted, the login goes through. The VM runs CentOS 7, 4CPUs, 8GB RAM. We didn't have that issue with 3.1.4. We had the issue today (sept.1) around 9:45 AM

No we're not using couchbase. We deployed from the community edition on a single instance so we're using the default components
