As an ssh client does not have access to a browser, I have no idea how one could implement this. Maybe if you had a web ssh application of some kind, you could do it. If you want strong authentication for SSH, you should perhaps consider Duo or Yubikey authentication--both also supported by the Gluu Server for web based authentication.
