Wordpress and SuiteCRM clients issues

Hello, We have installed oxd plugin on the following sites https://newcrm.lablynx.com (suitecrm) https://newwp.lablynx.com/ (wordpess) The plugin was successfully installed on both sites. suitecrm plugin: We are getting blank page on https://newcrm.lablynx.com. If you look at the source code of this site you will see that oxd plugin hide the default suitecrm login form and inject a new form, but that is also hidden. Wordpress plugin: The following popup appears after providing valid username and password. ``` oxD client for site: e8125f0d-50ad-4d78-9ab8-2340061d04fa is requesting permission to do the following: A persistent but non-identifiable correlation key released by your OpenID Provider. This information includes: name, family_name, given_name, middle_name, nickname, preferred username, picture, website, gender, birthdate, zoneinfo, locale and when the profile was last updated. Your email address and whether its verified. ``` AllowDon't Allow I have clicked on Allow button then another popup appears. and Wordpress redirect it self again on index page. ``` Missing claim : (email). Please talk to your organizational system administrator. ``` Would you please look into it. Regards

Hi John, You need to release 'Email' scope in respected client. Log into your Gluu Server oxTrust --> OpenID Connect --> Clients --> Either search for your client OR hit 'Search' only --> Find out specific client --> Click 'Add Scope' --> Search for 'Email'.

Hi 1) Ok it worked, now I am loggedin, FirstName and LastName is missing, I tried to search the scopes for firstname and lastname but that not worked. 2) In Gluu Server -> Users -> Manage People not showing the list of my created users. There is only a Search Bar and Add Person button. The user list should be there rather than I have to search them. 3) What about the SuiteCRM blank page issue? Regards

Hi Jajati, The v3.0.1 version from github worked fine. After login suitecrm asked me to add First Name, Last Name and some other information. But that was not appears for wordpress, that's why FirstName and LastName is missing there. What we need to do so these information also automatically insert in wordpress as well. BTW: we are using SuiteCRM Version 7.9.1 and Version 7.7.6 Regards
