You need to modify the metadata. These message means... SP metadata is not Shibboleth friendly.

how should i modify my metadata.xml ? What are the things that i should include to make it work?

You can ask your SP people to modify that as it can work with Shibboleth. Or you can read Shibboleth documentation on XML metadata validation. Or you can purchase Gluu VIP support where Gluu Engineers will help you to achieve that.
