Hi, We have installed latest CE of Gluu server version 3.1.1 on our Ubuntu server 16.04 which has 8 GB of RAM. During Gluu installation, we have provided 7 GB out of 8 GB for Gluu setup and enabled every features of Gluu. Now, we need to implement SSO using passport utility and for this we are following instructions mentioned on this link: https://gluu.org/docs/ce/3.1.1/authn-guide/inbound-saml-passport/. But when we are trying to enable Passport script in Person Authentication tab from Manage Custom Scripts under Configuration tab on the main menu and update the page after enabling then it show this error message, “The specified URL cannot be found”. The UMA RPT Policies tab is also disabled which we also need to navigate to enable some settings, as per aforementioned installation documentation. So, can you please suggest us what we doing wrong here and point us in the right direction? Thank you, Jay Kumar

Hi Aliaksandr, Can you please update us about the issue we have mentioned above? We are not able to update anything on our Gluu server. Recently, we created a Trust relationship with our application as SP. We have added all the settings but when we are trying to save it (on click of update button) then it is showing the same error "The specified URL cannot be found."

Hi, Jay. >We are not able to update anything on our Gluu server. Sorry, my main concern so far has been the Passport.js SAML scenario, as I'm testing it myself at the moment. And what you are talking about seems like overall system issue with your setup. Could you perhaps explain your situation in more details in such case? Do you use clustered instance, or standalone one? Had any changes been done to it (including any updates to hosting OS and container itself) prior to when the issue first was encountered?

Hello again Aliaksandr, We have a EC2 instance on AWS on which we have installed the Gluu server. This instance has Ubuntu 16.04 OS installed and has 8 GB of RAM along with 2 vCPUs. And, this a standalone server instance. I just re-installed the Gluu server thinking this might be due to more RAM we have allotted to Gluu server than system itself. Previously, it was 7GB of RAM out of 8GB. Now, I have provided 4GB for Gluu setup, so there is 4GB remaining for the system. Also, while installation every feature have been enabled [Yes] excluding Asimba SAML Proxy and oxAuth RP. Everything installed successfully and we are able to login with admin credentials. But when we are going to enable Passport utility under Configuration > Manage Custom Scripts then this error shows, "The specified URL cannot be found." Also, when we are trying to add a trust relationship then this same error shows. Kindly suggest if there is anything we are missing, it's urgent please!

Hi, Jay. Thanks, understood. We'll try to test how it works under Xenial, though I can't remember issues like that last time I had opportunity to do it. You may also make sure you have SElinux disabled (if you use it there), it may produce a bunch of strange issues otherwise. I understand you may be under a lot of pressure here, but I must admit we don't have a fixed SLA for community users, so I can't promise any specific ETA. We can only afford timely responses to our customers.

Thank you very much Aliaksandr, for your support. I really appreciate it. As per your suggestion, we'll look for if SElinux disabled or not.
