The Gluu NameID attribute does not matches the user IDs in JIRA

Hi, I need to ensure the connexion of an existant jira solution with Gluu. The issue is that I get error of authentification in Jira while testing. Is there any idea how to import Jira user IDs in Gluu to ensure that it matches?

These are the recommandation from Jira : You have to uncheck this and set the necessary points if, for example... ...the user ID is supposed to be in a SAML Attribute instead of the NameID or ...your IdP delivers email addresses as NameID and your JIRA only uses the part before the '@' (or if it needs to be transformed in any other way via regular expressions) ... any combination thereof

From this message... we can jump into two directions ( you need to find out which one Jira want from them ): - Release nameID based on UID/Username - Release nameID based on email_Address In any case, you need to follow how to create [Custom NameID](https://gluu.org/docs/ce/3.1.2/admin-guide/attribute/#defining-nameid).
