Hi again guys, Here is the scenario I want to use the forgot password functionality offered by Gluu I setup my SMTP server and I was able to use the forgot password functionality well. The users can retrieve their new password depending on what email they set on Gluu. Problem #1: 1.) I have a user having a first name in japanese characters. 2.) The User used the forgot password functionality 3.) The User received an email regarding the request of new password through email but the first name which is japanese characters was not displayed well(????) refer to [1] for the screenshot [1]https://pasteboard.co/HbP3GGY.png Problem #2 1.) In the email, after the user clicked the button "Reset password" 2.) The user is redirected to a screen where he/she can reset its password 2.) The User clicked the user icon at the upper right part of the screen the displayed name is the displayName of the user who is recently logged in to Gluu not the displayName of the user who requested the reset password refer to [2] for example. [2]https://pasteboard.co/HbPntYn.jpg. Sample scenario: USER A with a display name of UserA recently logged in to Gluu and logged out properly. USER B with a display name of UserB used forgot password and gets redirected to the screen where he/she can change his/her password. USER B checked the user icon at the upper right part of the screen the displayed name was UserA but supposedly it was UserB since USER B initiated the request of new password.
