The Instance is passing all health checks which confirm that the instance is running on a healthy hardware [1]. — I checked the security group ‘ sg-0ec76cd80f036c1ca’ associated with the instance and did not see any issue with the security groups configuration that could be causing the above error. I asked that you share the "https_gluu.conf" and "ssl.conf" file of which I review ed and could not find any issues with the configuration anything outside of the usual.
