Is Gluu support saml 1.1? If yes then how to add nameid **urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress** because zoho need that nameid.

By default it doesn't but you can make it work which require couple of tweaking. Please check `SSO Integrations Guide` section in doc for samples.
