I would look for a SAML plugin for Moodle. There are probably instructions for configuring a Shibboleth IDP. That should be roughly the same for Gluu, as we use the Shibboleth IDP for SAML. If you get it working, please post notes here for others in the community.

I have installed and configured plugin for Moodle OIDC, following the link that you sent me, but still I cannot able to establish session with Gluu Server. I have added manually the client to Gluu Server without problems, according OIDC moodle installation. Also I have readed this link: [https://support.gluu.org/single-sign-on/6364/single-sign-on-sso-to-moodle-353-with-openid-connect-oidc-is-displaying-json-instead-of-login-form/], but also it's not working I have on question: Where are the options for Authorization Endpoint and Token Endpoint in Gluu Server ? I don't see this directories in server. Also I don't see requests from client to server. What log file do I need to check? Please could you help me? I have configured wordpress without problems, but Moodle it's not easy. Please, if you need any additional information from me, let me know.
