Import LDIF backup

We are having issue importing LDIF files please, unable to purse LDIF entry starting at line1 because the first line does not contain the DN ( the first line was *??is??(??-?? also in installation can't verify client tokens

Can you provide sample LDIF you are using? Also note that correct should start with **dn entry**.
