How to enable InCommon R&S bundle

We would like to release attributes to the InCommon Research and Scholarship service providers but I do not see anything to enable that in the UI. I do see in the attribute-filter.xml.vm that there is a "isResearchBundle" condition that will look for the proper EntityAttributes. I have not found any documentation specifically for this feature. We have a trust relationship setup as a federation with the InCommon metadata but viewing the attribute-filter.xml that is rendered, I see that it is skipping the isResearchBundle section.

Hello, [This](https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/display/federation/Configure+IdP+to+release+R+and+S+attributes) is a good doc to follow. Gluu Server special: You need to configure and modify velocity template instead of shibboleth configuration directly. Such as... "attribute-filter.xml.vm" instead of "attribute-filter.xml" etc. Then test that with eduGain and/or GENI experiment portal.
