503 error trying to get Shibboleth XML

We tried to get the xml file for shibboleth when we go to http://servername/idp/shibboleth but instead get a 503 error. We are currently on 4.2.0

Shibboleth issue fixed in RHEL7 - Gluu 4.2.0 package: https://repo.gluu.org/rhel/7/gluu-server-4.2.0-rhel7.x86_64.rpm

And, please forget to [uninstall](https://www.gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.2/installation-guide/install-rhel/#uninstallation) existing package before reinstallation.
