Dear Gluu Team,

I was trying to integrate Gluu and our vCloud tenant, today.

I did the basic setup as followed in your documentation. The Validation Status of the relationship is marked as Success. But after Gluu Authentication, I am getting the following vCloud Error: Single sign-on failed for this organization.

The error appears when you are redirected to the vCloud tenant, after typing in the username/password in the Gluu Web-GUI.

I have already looked into the forum, but haven't found a solution so far. From my understanding the originates from vCloud's XML file.

Do you have any suggestions on that matter? Did you ever test the Gluu-vCloud integration?

Kind regards,

Christos

Hi Christos,

I am getting the following vCloud Error: Single sign-on failed for this organization.

Sounds like you are preparing a SAML transaction in this case. As this error is coming from vCloud, so they can shed some light on root cause.

Upon finding the root cause from SP ( vCloud in this case ), try to check what Gluu Server missing or what type of cases are not being matched to prepare a successful SSO.
