Problem on logo, tos and policy uris after upgrade

After upgrading to the latest version (from 4.2.3. to 4.4) the Policy URI and Terms of Service links have disappeared. Hi. I don't see these urls in my freshly installed 4.4 instance either.. Need to ask somebody on the dev team, will let you know.

Hi, Eddy. Do you mind describe briefly how this feature was used in your setup prior to upgrade? Did you customize this page in any way?
