Gluu doesn't import server's proxy setting into the chroot container

When following the upgrade instructions I had to manually install the python files and python-pip rpm because the chroot container could not access urls that had been white listed for that server. It appears that the server's proxy settings aren't imported into the chroot container when it gets created.

As a workaround I was able to get all the artifacts manually and upload them to the server.
