Gluu Server Migration ends up in "invalid_request_redirect_uri" - Error

Hallo Guys, we have installed gluu 3.1.2 to a new plain ubuntu Server. Then we migrated all data from out old gluu 2.4.2 and Tested the System, it ran very well. Now we habe migrated the new Gluu, what means we have changed die IP and the domain of the Gluu 3.1.2 Server to the IP and domain of the old one. Therefor we made a backup of the LDAP - Configuration into LDIF - Files and changed IP and Domain all over the LDAP configuration inside the LDIF - Files. After that, we imported the LDIF into the LDAP to update the Configuration to the new IP und Domain. We restartet gluu but we don't even get to the login page. If we want to open gluu in Browser (Chrome) we get the Following message: {"error":"invalid_request_redirect_uri","error_description":"The redirect_uri in the Authorization Request does not match any of the Client's pre-registered redirect_uris."} I've checked the LDAP config of oxtrust, oxauth, oxidp etc. all old domains and ip addresses have been replaced. Does someone even know that problem and got it fixed. I'm trying for hours now, but I can't find the solution. Thank you

With this Scripts I got it running now. https://github.com/GluuFederation/community-edition-setup/tree/master/static/scripts/change_hostname I can Login to oxTrust and all Data is available, but SAML Login is not working at the moment. I've checked the logs for imformation but nothing is logged there. The Error Message is: "HTTP ERROR: 503 Problem accessing /idp/profile/SAML2/POST/SSO. Reason: Service Unavailable" service "idp" is running and there are now error logs as sayed.
