Failed to get Auth URL from Gluu Server

Hi Guys, We have recently upgraded the Gluu appliance for one of our clients to 3.1.4 and configured a HA pair however they are getting the error "Failed to get Auth URL from Gluu Server". They have upgraded OXD on the client server to match the version of Gluu as requested by yourselves and the client ID and secret matches on both sides. We have an additional appliance for this client that authenticates for one of their other servers which is authenticating successfully and the only difference that we can identify is that the uma_authorization scope is missing on the HA pair. Am I correct in assuming that this scope is required to authenticate but when I login to manage the HA pair, I cannot find this anywhere. Do you have any idea why this would not be showing up? Hi George, We might need couple of logs to check status; to do that you need to be in Named contact so you can open private tickets and get subscribed customer's SLA. Please talk to Neil for named contact issue and open a new ticket when you are in the list.
