3.1.6 upgrade

What the manual process to upgrade from 3.1.6 to 4.0, 4.1 or .4.2 I'm having issues with upgrading via the script so now I am looking to explore the manual option.

Is this all you have? Of course I have this document. However, this upgrade guidance isn't working.

If you want to skip `online upgrade` then there is a option to create backup (https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/3.1.6/operation/backup/) data. then install new version and import data on the new installation. Thanks & Regards ~ Shakil
